Movies on the Lawn

Grab your lawn chairs and picnic blankets, because you’re always invited to Movie Night at Fort Greene Park. Throughout the summer, we welcome hundreds of visitors to attend our screenings in partnership with Rooftop Films—as well as Brooklyn Magazine and Showtime. We’re often the site for premiere screenings from film studios including, A24, Disney, Apple TV+ and more—and we hold special events with filmmakers, such as our 2022 screening of Crooklyn with Spike Lee. Our Language Access Series, Spanish and Chinese language films for Fort Greene’s Spanish and Taishanese-speaking residents to enjoy.
